Meet The Team

There has been a long established veterinary practice at 40, Norfolk Square, formerly run by Mr. Ian MacDonald who retired in 1990. The practice was taken over by St. Francis and is now run by Shaun Van Vuuren. Shaun qualified as a veterinary surgeon in South Africa in 1986.

We have continued to offer excellent care for all companion animals from the smallest mouse to the largest Great Dane! we are continually updating our equipment to the highest possible standard to ensure that our dedicated staff can carry out all aspects of veterinary medicine and provide the very best care for your pet.

We are able to administer the newer anaesthetic agents Raponovet ™ and Isoflurane ™. These drugs are now used extensively for human anaesthesia and are inherently safer, reducing any anaesthetic risks involved.
